Q2 2026 — Application window open until end of current quarter

The Aerojet Aviation Academy, operating under the Aerojet Foundation, is proud to announce that applications are now open for its flagship EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) programme. This marks a significant milestone in developing local aviation talent and reducing Ghana's dependence on foreign maintenance expertise.

The comprehensive programme covers airframe and powerplant mechanics, avionics, composite materials, and safety management systems. Students receive hands-on training using modern equipment and simulated maintenance environments.

Programme Highlights

  • EASA Part-66 compliant curriculum — Qualifications recognised across 30+ countries
  • Experienced instructors — Industry professionals with decades of hands-on aviation experience
  • Modern training facility — Equipped with latest aircraft systems and diagnostic tools
  • Practical attachments — Real-world experience with partner MRO organisations
  • Career placement support — Guaranteed employment with Aerojet Aviation's MRO division upon successful completion

Why Study at Aerojet Aviation Academy?

The Academy bridges the critical skills gap in West African aviation. With air traffic in Africa projected to grow at 5% annually, the demand for qualified maintenance engineers has never been higher. Graduates will be positioned to work at the upcoming Accra MRO facility, regional airlines, and international operators.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can apply online through the Academy portal. The application window is open until the end of the current quarter. Early applications are encouraged as class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure quality instruction.
