- Operational Design — Detailed design of maintenance workflows, hangar layouts, back-shop configurations, and support systems
- Implementation Roadmap — Phased development timeline with clear milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Technical Standards — Validation of proposed technical capabilities against EASA Part 145 requirements and industry leading practices
- Quality Management — Design of quality assurance and safety management systems meeting international regulatory standards
